About McCoy Maintenance
In 1984, David and Debra McCoy formed McCoy Janitorial and Landscaping East Detroit. In 1988, the landscape part of the business was eliminated to keep up with the high demand of the janitorial division. At that time the company's name was changed to McCoy Maintenance, Inc.
President David McCoy is an active member in ABSCM, Eastpointe Kiwanis and Eastpointe Chamber of Commerce.
Through the company's expansion and continuous education, we are proud to be certified in residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and flood restoration. David McCoy is a certified "Master Cleaner.”
We guarantee our work and give free estimates. We offer employee, senior citizen and Eastpointe Chamber of Commerce discounts.
